Functional diagnostics of the musculoskeletal system

Functional diagnostics is an indispensable part of a properly set up training plan for a client. It will show us the strengths, but also the weaknesses of the client and thanks to it we are able to focus on exactly what your body really needs to be healthier, stronger and most importantly functional – Diagnostics takes about 90 minutes. At the end of the diagnostics, the client receives the output of the functional diagnostics and then receives the compiled training plan.

1x Personal training

Personal training allows me to focus 100% on my client.
We focus on the absolutely precise execution of each exercise. During the training, I apply the psychological side as well and I try to get to know each person as deeply as possible. At the same time I try to be the right movement therapist for each client. I finish the training with manual techniques from massage and rehabilitation according to the client’s needs.

Rehab / Manual therapy - Regular body service

If you suffer from back pain or whole body pain, as in today’s three quarters of population, do not hesitate to come to a regular service in the form of manual therapy.
We will focus on the area that is the „Achilles‘ heel“ for you and try to deal with the problem. Come and relax and give your body a well-deserved rest.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep back massage is an effective therapeutic massage,
aimed at relaxing the deep layers of muscles mainly around the spine, or in the brachial plexus of the lower or upper limbs, depending on the problem.

The deep relaxation and working of the muscles removes
spasms and restores the natural length of the muscle fibres. Come and relax and give your body a well-deserved rest

Neurokinetic Therapy

Neurokinetics Therapy®, in short NKT®,

is an American concept based on the knowledge of kinesiology, functional anatomy, central control of movement, manual muscle/movement testing and corrective system of dysfunctional movement patterns.

Neurokinetic Therapy is a sophisticated system of manual therapy based on the theory of movement control and manual muscle testing.
Movement control theory states that the movement center in the cerebellum stores all movement patterns. These are controlled by the limbic system and cerebral cortex not only to create new movement patterns, but also to create replacement patterns in the event of injury.

Proprioceptive-Deep Tendon Reflex ®, in short PDTR®,

The method of Proprioceptive Deep Tendon Reflex (P-DTR) was founded and developed by Dr. Jose Palomar and has been successfully used in clinical practice for several years. P-DTR is the first neurological manual therapy based on neurology, neurophysiology, biomechanics and basics of Applied Kinesiology. P-DTR is a neurological, reflexogenic system, which efficiently treats a wide spectrum of functional problems and solves musculoskeletal, gastrointestinal, hormonal, chemical and emotional dysfunctions. Dysfunction is a physiological and reflexory disorder of the internal organs, which in most cases has a compensatory character. The main goal of the P-DTR treatment is to restore optimal reflexive activity of the nervous system to stimulus.
